Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

Last Updated: September 2026 · Corporate Entity: Vector Prime FX Limited (Reg. 2026-00394)

1. Policy Objective & Scope

Vector Prime FX Limited ("the Company") is committed to maintaining the highest international standards of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) compliance. The Company maintains rigorous identification, verification, and transaction monitoring procedures to prevent illicit actors from utilizing our trading infrastructure for financial crimes.

2. Customer Due Diligence (CDD) & KYC

Prior to opening live trading accounts or processing any funding transactions, all applicants must undergo mandatory Customer Due Diligence, including:

  • Proof of Identity (POI): Valid government-issued passport, national identity card, or driver's license showing full legal name, date of birth, and facial photograph.
  • Proof of Address (POA): Recent utility bill, municipal council tax statement, or bank statement issued within the last 90 days.
  • Beneficial Ownership: Verification of ultimate beneficial owners (UBO) possessing 25% or greater equity in corporate accounts.

3. Source of Funds & Third-Party Payment Ban

Strict prohibitions are enforced against third-party deposits and withdrawals. Deposits will only be credited when the originating bank account, credit/debit card, or cryptocurrency wallet exactly matches the verified legal name of the Vector Prime FX account holder. Any third-party transaction detected will be rejected and refunded to the originating source after deducting payment rail processing fees.

4. Continuous Transaction Monitoring & SAR

Vector Prime FX employs automated anomaly detection and heuristic behavioral analysis to identify structured transactions, rapid micro-layering, sudden unexplained volume spikes, and high-risk jurisdictional flows. Where suspicious activity is suspected, the Compliance Department is obligated by law to file Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) with relevant financial intelligence units without notifying the account holder.

5. Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) & Sanctions

All client profiles are screened against global sanctions databases, including OFAC, United Nations, European Union, and UK HM Treasury lists. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) is systematically mandated for Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and their immediate family members.
